Pre-launch status

Tedros AI is currently in a pre-launch, "coming soon" state. This website does not yet offer a live product, API access, or paid subscriptions. These terms currently govern only your use of this website, the waitlist, and the contact form.

Use of this site

You may browse this site and submit your information via the waitlist or contact forms for the purpose of learning about or requesting early access to Tedros AI. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to scrape, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to it.

Future product terms

When the self-serve product launches, these terms will be updated to cover acceptable use of the comps and analysis service, including a requirement that customers use Tedros AI only for legitimate real estate research, investment, and analysis purposes, in accordance with applicable fair housing and consumer protection law.

Data sources & trademarks

Tedros AI's analysis is built on publicly available listing and market data referenced from Zillow, Redfin, and Apartments.com. Tedros AI is an independent product, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Zillow Group, Redfin Corporation, or Apartments.com. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

No warranty

This site and its content are provided "as is" during the pre-launch period, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
