About the underlying data

Tedros AI's analysis is built on publicly available real estate listing and market data sourced from Zillow, Redfin, and Apartments.com. This is public property and market information, not personal data about you as a visitor to this site.

How we use it

• To notify you when early access or self-serve signup opens
• To respond to questions or requests you send us
• To understand demand for the product ahead of launch

What happens at launch

Once the self-serve product is live, this policy will be updated to describe how account data, API usage, and saved searches are handled. We will not silently expand data collection without updating this page and notifying registered users.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share waitlist or contact data with third parties except service providers strictly necessary to operate this site and communicate with you (e.g. email delivery).
