Why we're building Tedros AI
Structured, cross-source real estate data shouldn't require three browser tabs and a spreadsheet.
Where we started
Before Tedros AI, we built and operate a set of real estate data pipelines for Zillow, Redfin, and Apartments.com that already serve live production traffic. That infrastructure — request handling, retries, and reliable uptime — already works at scale.
What we're adding
Tedros AI puts an AI analysis layer on top of that data: instead of comparing listings by hand across three sites, you get one merged comp, valuation, and risk report per property.
Principles we're building around
Reliability over hype
We're shipping this on data infrastructure that already handles real traffic, not a weekend prototype wrapped around an LLM call.
Respect for source sites
Rate limiting and publicly-available-data-only access are defaults, not opt-ins.
Structured, not scraped-and-dumped
Raw listing data isn't useful on its own. The product's job is to hand back a clear comp and a number you can act on.
