Tedros AI provides search and analysis of publicly available real estate listing information gathered from third-party websites. By using tedrosai.com you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. One person per account on Free and Pro plans.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass daily limits, for example with multiple free accounts or automated requests.
- Do not resell or redistribute bulk data obtained from the service.
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, including housing discrimination.
Plans and billing
The Free plan is provided at no cost. Pro and Team plans are arranged through our sales team and invoiced monthly; you may cancel at the end of any billing period.
No warranty
Listing data, statistics and AI-generated briefs are provided for informational purposes only and may be incomplete or out of date. They are not appraisals, financial advice or an offer to buy or sell property. Always verify details with the listing source and a licensed professional.
Third-party sites
Tedros AI is not affiliated with Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com or Apartments.com. Links to those sites are provided for convenience, and their content is governed by their own terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tedros AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
