Why we built Tedros AI
Comparing a market across Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com and Apartments.com means four tabs, four layouts and a spreadsheet. We wanted that to be a single search.
Where we started
Tedros AI began as a set of real estate data services: reliable, maintained connectors for the major US listing portals, with request handling, retries and monitoring built for continuous use.
What the product does
On top of that infrastructure we built the Tedros AI app: one search across four sources, merged listings, price-mismatch detection, rental yields and an AI-written market brief, free to try at tedrosai.com.

Builds and runs Tedros AI's data infrastructure and product: the listing-source connectors, the merge and analysis engine, and the web app.

How we build
Live, not canned
Every report is assembled from data pulled at search time. No stale snapshots dressed up as current.
Respect the sources
Caching and per-user rate limits are on by default, and every listing links back to the site it came from.
Numbers first, AI second
Statistics are computed directly from the listings. The AI brief summarizes those numbers; it never invents its own.
