What we collect

• Account information: your name, email address and a one-way hash of your password when you create an account.
• Searches: the locations you search, and, if you are signed in, a short history of those searches shown on your dashboard.
• Usage counters: a daily count of searches per account, or per hashed IP address for visitors who are not signed in, used to enforce plan limits.
• Messages: anything you send through the contact form.

How we use it

To run the service: to sign you in, enforce daily limits, show your search history, and answer your messages. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising or tracking scripts.

Cookies

We set a single first-party session cookie when you sign in. It is required for your account to work and is removed when you sign out.

Service providers

Tedros AI runs on Google Cloud. Account data, usage counters and messages are stored in Google Cloud Firestore. AI market briefs are generated with Google's Gemini models on Vertex AI from aggregated market statistics; your account details are not sent to the model.

Listing data

Listing information shown in reports comes from publicly available pages on Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com and Apartments.com at the time of your search, and links back to the original source.

Retention and deletion

You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@tedrosai.com from the address on your account.
